OK, we know this is different — just come on around and have Dinner at Our House and experience the kind of welcome that feels like family from the moment you step onto Scrubby Creek Station. Laurence and Tee Gration invite you to linger, laugh, and share good food in the warm, easy rhythm of a home you can call your own.

Laurence trained as a chef at William Angliss College of Catering and Food Studies, and while he hasn’t pursued a formal kitchen grind in many years, his cooking still carries that chef’s curiosity and generosity. Tee brings a living gallery to the table with her Ned Kellyana art collection, a touch of Australian character that makes every gathering feel a little more special.

KC BBQ is the heart of the meal, crafted with flair and a wink of personal style. The wines are chosen to partner with the dishes—mostly Australian or New Zealand varieties—made to spark a little experimentation and shared discovery.

We’ve built three distinct dining spaces to suit the mood of the moment: the Kitchen, the Downunder Bar, and Brumbies Backyard. Let’s check them out together and find your favorite corner for conversation, connection, and a great night’s dinner.

Our specialty is 4 courses and 4 wines, like we do when entertaining at home. 

You asked for more (or less); tell us whether you want 2, 3, 4, or even more courses- and we do NOT make you drink. We have plenty of water and Aussie soft drinks for you to complement your meal.
